Erik Okel, Cellist

About Me

I am a cellist originally from Washington State. I now perform and teach in the Denver area, having completed a master's degree in cello performance at the University of Colorado Boulder. You can find me playing with Boulder Symphony, Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra, Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra, Symphony of the Rockies, and Longmont Symphony Orchestra. I also serenade guests at weddings and teach students privately and at the Greater Boulder Youth Orchestras. I bring passion, fun, and high standards to my work as a cellist.
